As I stated Haakon, this is a known issue that is being worked on. I do sympathise, I am also in the same situation and waiting for a solution myself. Thanks for the info guys, more is always better than less when looking for issues/fixes.

Redeemed season pass and hazmat codes direct through store on console.
Launched game
Picked up the season pass and hazmat
Prompted that new DLC available
Hit x to download
Took me straight to a sort of store looking page > download
Back to game, new DLC detected

Worked fine first time for me just there so it may be fixed. Has anyone tried deleting the season pass files and launching title, redownloading and then letting the game detect it again? Might be a quick fix.

Search for trials on PSN and then go to "add ons" it will show the DLC, download it and then start the game and it should work.

I was thinking more instead of people trawling through posts to find a solution. Nobody looks in support. Apart from a few. Whatever.
