I took these screen caps awhile ago - the second image is actually the first screen cap. As you can see, not even an hour has passed since new prizes were introduced, but I've clearly had two spins. This cap was taken at 707 on July 19th

The top image was captured 13 minutes later, at 7:20, yet only 6 minutes have run off the new prize counter.

It appears that the new spin counter is running much faster than the prize counter. Even if one counter is based off my device time, and the other off network time, (which is poor design,) my device's time is synced with the network time, and the device has not left my house in well over a month.

I'd be happy to provide more screens if you need them. I am using an nVidia Shield, Android 4.4.2, and TF 2.0.1
