6 tracks* unless you're willing to count skill games and fmx as "tracks" which I'm not.
And yeah why dont we just skip dlc and pay Redlynx for the privilege of playing customs that have already been shared! That's why we all pay for trials dlc - the prospect of custom tracks being built...

Also don't forget they'll be charging the same price as the evo dlc's (so I've heard, if I'm incorrect I'll retract the argument) meaning same amount of content overall but they're charging 3x more for it. Is that showing us respect as consumers?
But sure, why complain about that?? With any luck if no one complains Trials Revolution will have 12 dlc's, still at the same price with 3 tracks per dlc - so we can pay twice as much again. IDEAL!

I'll start showing them the respect I used to (I don't think I've been *too* disrespectful on here anyway but whatever) when they show me they aren't selling out on their longtime loyal fans.
And complaining about complainers makes you a hypocrite

    I subscribe to this thread.

The only argument against Fusion is "I am a hardcore fan so blah blah blah."

I think they've gotten PLENTY of constructive criticism. So... we'll see some wooden ramps, planks and boxes in the DLC? I've heard people ask for that stuff over and over.

Certainly they will have added that...or it may just be "worn ubi ramps" and other Fusion items but not so shiny. Oooh, maybe we'll get some of that sweet sheet metal I've seen on the interweb.

Okay, to be fair, I am looking forward to those "plywood" sized pieces of sheet metal. Although, to be honest, I would LOVE the plywood from Evo.

You need to read more carefully. If you played Evo you'd know track central is a shadow of what it was, along with no multiplayer, smaller dlcs and game-breaking bugs (coffin abuse) - there are many valid arguments against Fusion.
You might not be a hardcore fan and you might not want the same things, that doesn't mean everyone who complains is an elitist swine who deserves to be dismissed as such.

Its funny thinking about the wow factor for the transition from HD to Evo, the staggering enhancements on what is in essence such a simple game, just blow my mind. I knew when Fusion was announced, after watching promo videos that it would be Evo taken into a new direction, so i was not expecting that same mind blowing feeling, that's just how my expectations work, i was happy and quite excited to have a new trials game to play, and sure i had a couple of days of disappointment on launch, which should have subsided in 50% of the time but i like many (probably) I got dragged along the heaps of negativity floating around these hollows.

I enjoy the game, the editor and i will enjoy the DLC , i think the price is fair and made cheaper by the purchase of the season pass. I seem to recall many peeps on the forums when Evo dropped its DLC saying (along the lines of) wow i'd be happy to pay 2 or 3 times the price, because Evo DLC was ridiculously cheap and to give you some context i have to fork out £4.00 to travel 7 miles on the public transport system here! im sure every body here spends the equivalent of the DLC costs on much less for that 30 mins of say taste satisfaction.

I agree somewhat dasraizer ^ you won't catch me saying that a few £ for this Fusion dlc is a bad deal, it certainly isn't. But the point is, it's a severe step down from what we had before - and that is nothing to celebrate, especially in combination with other lackluster areas of Trials since Fusion's release.

I've spread far more than my fair share of negativity recently and I'm aware people are probably sick of me - but I am just very conscious of the fact so many of us have left, and the people still here likely don't have a problem with Fusion, great for them... but if we get to the stage where we all just complacently accept these stepdowns, these cutbacks and disappointments in favour of a positive forum - how disappointed will we be for the next Trials game, when they realise no ones gonna complain anymore?

Just adding my opinions on the dlc prices... Wall of text, so just read the last line for summary if you want.

As we know, when all dlc has been released, we will be paying more than we did for evo dlc. But in the grand scheme of things, we're still getting amazing deal! The base game costs £16, the season pass costs £16, so £32 all in. How much is COD? £40? What about battlefield 4? GTA5? Or any other best selling game? Plus, how much is COD season pass? £30? Battlefield 4 season pass? £40 I think! Even titanfall only has 4 map packs, with 3 maps per dlc (or it might be 4 maps but only 3 map packs).

I have more hours in fusion than i do on those games combined! I spent more time on evo than my entire collection of 50 something games combined! And I have no doubt than when fusion gets online MP I'll have more game time on that than my entire collection in 3 years.

So yeah, we'll be paying more per track for fusion dlc when compared to evo dlc, and yes, we paid £6 more for fusion than we did for evo, but we'll still be paying significantly less than we do for other games.

At the end of the day, Red Lynx is a business. The idea is to make more money than last year. You can either sell more for same price, or increase prices, either way, they have to make more money to grow. They are passionate about the game, but they didn't make it just for you to have fun, they made it to make money.

I have no doubt that when the next trials game launches, it will cost more than fusion. I assume that dlc will be more expensive too. The trials series is currently selling as a 'budget' game, half the price of a regular retail release. I don't think that RL want to stay that way. That's why I expect that the next trials game will cost more than fusion - because they're slowly growing it into the AAA title it deserves to be.

Long post. Sorry. I guess I can sum it up by saying yes we are paying more than we did for evo. But it's still a great deal!

I hear you. But what annoys me (and I'm guessing the devs) is people making new threads to complain about the same thing over and over again.
