I've been waiting to see how long it would be before they would finally try to make things right with us. Looks like it's never going to happen.
I purchased a game with basic (advertised) features missing, and horribly unreliable servers that have cost me some of my fastest times and not allowed me to play on TC when the urge actually strikes me. It's pathetic.
Take this as an example. If you paid full price for a brand new car but the AC didn't work, would you accept "oh sorry, we'll get that AC up and running at an undisclosed time in the future" as an answer? No way! You would demand a different car, a discount or a refund (and probably give the dealership a scathing review for trying to rip you off). You would be outraged.
Instead, we're so beat down as consumers that we clap like a bunch of dumb seals when they eventually give us something that should have been there in the first place. Evolution gave us more than we ever expected, and the ability right off the bat to create an insane variety of themes and locales. Why did we go in the opposite direction? Welcome to the future.
I thought a free DLC had to be in the works; some giant apology letter to long time fans of the series who still recognize quality and don't want to see their beloved franchise go the way of Call of Duty. Instead we get this:
6 classic (recycled) Trials tracks
2 super cross tracks
1 FMX track
1 skill game
18 Challenges
So basically we get minimal effort, sparse creativity and content, but at the usual DLC price. FMX is so awkward that I don't even count that among the new tracks, bringing the grand total to (3). Usually I look forward to DLC because I get the chance to master new developer tracks. Nothing to look forward to here.
And honestly what did I expect from the studio that brought us the pay-to-play abomination: Trials Frontier (just putting "Trials" in front of that word makes me feel dirty). They are going to nickel and dime us to death if we keep paying them for mediocrity.
Have a little self-respect and demand better.
Classic doesnt mean recycled/recreated/reboots of HD/Evo, it means Trials mode which is the original mode of the game (start to finish in least time/faults)
Check those screenshots, and some of those look clearly new even over Fusion, you can clearly see some of the new objects for both DLC!

We all know the game was rushed out, we just need to wait (even if it shouldn't be the case...).
If the car is a metaphor for Fusion, UbiSoft would tell us to roll the windows down.Originally Posted by BTBAM84 Go to original post

What if it was in the Winter? Those early adopting, first world troubles would be greatly lessened and thus the reparations decreased?Originally Posted by BTBAM84 Go to original post
