Hello everyone,first of all i want to say that when i downloaded game and started playing thought that it was incredibly awesome game,well yes definitely it is but i'm already losing interest,only because of one reason,cheaters taking over game,what do you do moderators? seriously just check out what's happening at the tracks,check out rankings.for example someone called " <name removed>" real cheater and not only he,there are some others too,when i played ghost race against him,his "ghost" just disappeared at the start and same happened against some others too,why they are not getting banned? it's just against you guys,it's biggest anti advertisement for the game and still you guys don't paying attention,like it's nothing,today i was trying to increase my result at Rocky Desert,i was 50th at the rank and was going to take first place but BOOM.checked and at the first position is someone called " <name removed> " with 0.15.632 second. when it's ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE,i was wondering how did he do that so just made ghost race against him and surprise! thats what i thought,his ghost just disappeared like it's some kind of bug,definitely a cheater,i'm about to stop playing if it continues this way,hope you understand that it gets boring,unfair and uninteresting,just pay attention and show some respect to your customers,clean up the game from cheaters/hackers if you want to get much profit.
So,for now i know 2 obvious cheater,they are " <names removed> " . If anyone will notice some others too,please post it here,so we can identify cheaters. personally i will try to help developers as long as they will show attention to their customers.

Please do NOT name cheaters on the forums, it's against the forum rules. Use the support page at http://support.ubi.com/ for this. Support are equipped to act on your reports but forum staff aren't.
Support are aware of the issue and clean up the leader boards from time to time.

Why is it forbidden to mention their name right here? It just serves the game,to get it better. It's like you guys secretly protecting them,i did not get this..Just WHY? Those people (hackers/cheaters) just ruining your game and also,i don't think that cleaning leaderboards is solution,is it? Mentioning of names here is for several reasons, the primary two being:
- It's often the case that game glitches, network problems or server glitches can make it seem like a player is cheating. If we permit naming on the forums, these innocent players may become the victim of unjustified vigilante action on the forums or in game. For this reason we ask that you report to support who have the means to do proper investigation.
- Real cheaters often get their fun from ruining other peoples fun rather than winning or even seeming to win. Allowing naming on the forums opens another venue for them to troll and start flame wars.
It's been our experience that the advantages of naming on the forums are far outweighed by the disadvantage of the disruption caused by naming on the forums.
I repeat that forum staff don't have the required access to investigate, to ban players from the game servers or to clean up the leader boards.
To make a report at the support site, make sure you're logged in on the main page. From there, click the "My Questions" link in the left hand menu then on the questions page, click the "Ask a question" tab at the top. Make sure you have scripting and cookies turned on and add/popup blockers turned off in your browser settings for that page or the form may not work correctly.
