    "We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within four days."

    they said this one week ago.. Still nothing.
    And today I "bought" the Uplay exclusive map for 40u, but it is not working as well. When I go to the Village it says: "need uplay unclock to enter".
    When I try to go to the "Extras" option in the game's menu, it says "can't connect to ubisoft server, try again later".

    This is really disappointing

    No response :(

    I created a ticket about this issue 4 days ago (22 July) but no-one replied to me I really like this game and i hope someone can fix this problem

    I have the same problem, actions don't unlock and I can't access "Extras" from the menu (server unavailable).

    PROGRESS UPDATE:

    All actions were unlocked. Respective Upoints awarded. All Rewards locked again, but respective spent 60upoints not yet refunded. Updated ticket asking for that refund.

    QUESTION

    Those who had it already refunded and tried to unlock the Auditory Crypt once more. Did it work this time?
    Did you try unlocking it in-game through the Uplay Browser?

    Progress Update

    Sorry for Bump in advance

    Tried unlocking the Auditori Crypt through the Uplay Browser in-game and this time it sucessfuly works and already played it out. Interesting story inside by the way. Only discovered now this "feature" tbh. Ignorant me.

    Don't know if the solution was thanks to the method or ubisoft finally managed to solve the issue on their connection end, if it was both. I'd like some feedback on this from the moderators please.
    EDIT: More people are coming out on Steam with problem being solved so I'm guessing ubisoft solved it.
    Either way, thank you Ubisoft for the support you've given and partnership in solving the issue.

    I will not yet close the case however until I get the points missing refunded, but the main issue at hand here for me is solved.
