I was wondering if there is a way to make the terrian mod tool, that is set to flatten, to flatten a larger area than what it does, it would take way to long to flatten the area I need off of multiple terrain tool mods, any help would be appreciated

Easiest method is to make a huge custom collision area. Ride on top of that, and put some decoration blocks aligned to the surface so it doesn't look like its riding in the air.

Good idea, but not what im after, I need a big area and need ground underneath, thanks for the idea though

Go to the exact centre of the world (the spiral thing in the big bay in front of the city)
Get out an Area Clear and tick Base world objects,
Increase its size until the base world water disappears and you will have a massive expanse of completely flat terra firma.
I built my last 360 track there (Sandblaster) and it was perfect for what I wanted...
