I asked this question in the Red lynx general discussion forum but will also ask here as that thread as had no replies yet. The email account I originally signed up to uplay with has been deleted. When I tried to change the email address on uplay a message came up saying a message had been sent to my email account but I can not access that account. How can I change my email address?

They will be able to change it for you.
