    Problem with uplay email address

    I asked this question in the Red lynx general discussion forum but will also ask here as that thread as had no replies yet. The email account I originally signed up to uplay with has been deleted. When I tried to change the email address on uplay a message came up saying a message had been sent to my email account but I can not access that account. How can I change my email address?

    You need to speak to a member of the support team directly - via the support site:

    www.support.ubi.com


    They will be able to change it for you.

    I just sent them a question and then it said that I would get a response by email, but the email address that it would be sent too has been deactivated.

    I doubt they'd do that. I would suggest updating your support ticket with a note providing an email address that will work, preferably one that you would like linked to your account.

    Just sign into the support site - where you first contacted them and update the support request you have already made?

    You can add to an ongoing request - so please do that rather than make a new one

    Any replies from support - will also go to that site and your support topic /request
