    [SOLVED] Black screen after restoring from Uplay

    After the game crashed and wouldn't start, I uninstalled and reinstalled. The game then worked properly for the 3 tutorial levels, and upon reaching Home Village, I opened Uplay to log in and restore my progress. However after logging in, after I try to"X" out of uplay to return to the game, I get a blank screen.

    I have tried clearing data and cache, reinstalling several times, installing to both the sd card and internal memory, and trying this over both WiFi and mobile data, but I can't get past this black screen, and cannot play the game after logging into Uplay. Any tips? I really enjoy this game and put a lot of time and effort into it. I'd be devastated if I lost my progress and had to start over.

    I'll add myself to this list as well. Same scenario. I can do the first 3 levels but as soon as I connect to uplay and try to X out of it and go back to the game it freezes on me. Uninstall and reinstall didn't work, nor did clearing the cache or the data.

    Hi guys, same problem for me !

    The game works very well on my chinese phone (zopo C2) but impossible to recover it from uplay on my galaxy mega. I tried many things like uninstall, cache cleaning...but everytime i get stucked when i try to come back to the game after uplay login. BLACK SCREEN !!!

    Kanasonic, I take it your Chinese phone is not android 4.4.x?

    I'm guessing red lynx's qa team didn't regression test the u play progress restore feature for the latest major update that was released on 7/10, since the feature worked on my phone the day prior to the release.

    Devs (and anybody), how long does a minor dot release for bugs take to get out? 3-4 weeks? I'm betting a sizeable chunk of players will be shelving the game until this is fixed.

    Both phones are in 4.2.2, hopefully my galaxy mega should be updated to android kit kat this month. Update is coming !!!

    Anyway I'm not going to stop playing as i am at 30 th place but it's harder on my zopo.

    same issue here, when i try to log in the game returns on black screen and freezes, the phone once told me that trials was using to much CPU, don´t know what the problem could be, alreary tryied to reinstall the game, clear data and chache, nothing seams to work, using moto x with android 4.4.3

    Just updated to 2.0.1 and the problem is fixed now. Had to clear data one time since it wasn't asking me if I wanted to download my last save from the server, but once I did that it was all good.
