    New Update Rigs ANBA

No more easy grinding ANBA races then!

Originally ANBA would "randomly" select the same maps time and time again regardless of how well you had done on them.

After the last update ANBA would select maps based on the potential to improve them. Essentially meaning I didn't have to race it if I got a platinum on it. I could comfortably beat my gold times with a fault and keep racing the same tracks meaning I could use ANBA to grind coins, gems and parts.

After this update I have to race on The Cave as my first post update selection but I am 181 on the leaderboard and the ghost I'm racing is on a faster Bronco than me. I guess they don't want me having an easy revenue of coins and gems anymore.

It looks like you've killed ANBA. No more grinding for me then.

Good, sorry for you but it's great for me who didn't have his hindsight turned on.

This change is not implemented to make it better for people who were stuck on the same tracks due to fast times it is to cripple those people like me who were exploiting slow times to maximise gains.

With each update they try to push everybody one step closer to paying actual money but what they are actually doing is pushing those not willing to pay actual money away from the game. It is a shame because in its last iteration (before this iOS update) it was dominating my time.

As stated above, the one plus is that my leaderboard position will improve now and I'll be inclined to play the tracks which I haven't set times on due to difficulty or gas cost.

I beat my The Cave opponent after 15 minutes and have since beaten another six or so opponents. Every single one was on a map where I had a platinum despite the fact I still have 6 silver and around 20 gold medals on other courses!

I have the same problem, i stopped using ANBA as i was so busy climbing the leader boards i didnt think about ANBA missions. my first after the update is lookout point where im ranked 8th with 21.532 i'm racing against cassecou06 who is 4th and a time of 20.970 not far off a second quicker what gives? i have unlocked the new 6 tracks set crappy times but ANBA ignored them i unlocked fire oasis today so will see if he ignores that to if he does then i will just forget about ANBA.

Yeah, ANBA track selection has always been...odd. It improved last release; I was starting to like it again even though I already have Plat on almost everything. . . we'll see. I do think its possible to focus too much on ANBA and too little on the game itself (if that makes any sense).

It does make sense but if I focused on the game I wouldn't have half as good bikes as I do and my avenues to earn the coins required for future upgrades would have been cut off. I was pulling in around 200k a day before this update now I'll be lucky to make 25k.

My bikes are of a decent standard and I have enough coins to fund a further upgrade for each category of my favoured four bikes but after that I'm relying on the slot machine and running courses for free coins! My days of upgrading my bikes are over it seems.

Wont be making much money off slots either... they just nerfed that too.

Welcome to the club. I've been paired up against top 10 opponents for weeks now.

That's a pat on the back being paired up against top 10. That means you are a great rider.

After my initial horror I'm actually quite enjoying the challenge. Some of them might take some time and effort but I haven't failed one yet.

That said, I'm now getting more gems from the prize wheel than ANBA. I was getting around 20 gems a day from ANBA before, today I earned 4 but 12 from the wheel.

I have a technique on the wheel and I always aim for the gems.
