Please Help Me! Lost my save after updated | Forums

Hi,
Yesterday i started the game and he ask me to update so i do it. The update was sucessfully installed but when i start the game again my save was gone and i have to start over again, i was in lvl 35 and now i am in lvl 1.
Can somebody help me to resolve my problem?

Be signed in to uplay and when you get to the saloon it'll let you continue your previous save.
