Hi, i haven't been able to play track central tracks because i get this message- You need to be signed into Xbox Live to access online features. I am always signed in and i have gold so i don't get it. Can somebody please help. Thanks

I get the same message often. Seems to be when I'm streaming or just start up the game. I thought maybe my connection is so slow it takes a bit to sync.

I had the same exact issue. Giving it a hard reboot seemed to do the trick.

+1 Completely powering off the Xbox One and then restarting solved this problem for me. Maybe just restarting the game would have worked but...maybe I'll try that if it happens again.
