Adjusting the Pivot Point on an Object with glued components
Hoping there is someone out there that can shed some light on the problem i have. I had an object that i animated, aircraft rising from the lake hovering then tilted and flew off rising into the air. It worked a treat. But, then i decided to glue some objects to the plane..... looked great! but the pivot point has altered drastically and all the animation is out of sync, going into completely different directions. I cant change the animation back to where i wanted it to go because the pivot point is completely the wrong angle. So the burning question is, HOW CAN I ALTER THE ANGLE OF THE PIVOT POINT ON AN OBJECT THAT HAS GLUED OBJECTS ON IT. eternally grateful to anyone who has the solution to this problem. Thanks! Kevin.

this is a bit of a tricky one to sort, you basically have to select all the objects in the glue , minus the pivot and manually rotate them!!! waaaa a pain and you have my sympathy.
if you want to avoid this problem in the future, when you grab a new pivot, open its properties and set it to custom, then place it in the world, this fixes that value otherwise it just defaults back to mass if you just start selecting members!!!
now when you reselect it and select members the pivot will not move on inch.

I found a very easy way to fix the pivot of an existing glue group.
Place a Object glue tool (from the Common-Physics tools) in the angle you want the glue group in.
Make sure you can target the pivot of your existing glue group.
Select the Glue tool and Select Glue Members & targe the glue group's Pivot, it should be taking the Glue Tool's angle then.
