Yes, we saw this problem sometimes in the UI but it seems to be only a UI interface. Please let us know if you have any issue on the 29th.

We've seen this on Xbox One where the in-game UI is saying that the DLC should be purchased, but you can navigate to the game through the Title Management screen and it should show (I think) ULC10 as being owned. This is the Season Pass. We are working to get it showing correctly in the menus as well, but there shouldn't be any issues with players accessing the DLC on the 29th. I have not personally seen this issue on other platforms, but your forum display name seems to indicate that you play on PS4 so I'll be sure to request it be looked into.
