    Singleplayer Save Data not Syncing?

    Platform: Xbox One

I booted up Trials Fusion this morning and found that my career said 0% complete, with no bike unlocks. My stats had also been reset, with 0 medals, $0 money, and 0 xp across all parts (singleplayer, multiplayer, track central). Luckily, in the Editor I still had access to my hundred or so custom maps. I stayed calm and exited Trials and then started the game again. Same thing happened, so I checked my Saved Data in the Trials Fusion section of My Games and Apps. It said that I had 1.7 MB of Saved Data as compared to my brother's 435 KB. This is correct, since I have played far more than he has. So I attempted to load the game up under his name, and his career and stats show zero as well.

Now I know that it must be the Singleplayer Saved Data not syncing as my brother has NEVER created a custom map, so if all of our Single Player Saved Data has been reset then his should show zero, which it is not. I also still have access to my maps so it hasn't overwritten any of my old Saved Data. I have come to the Conclusion that it must be the Singleplayer Saved Data not syncing with the game.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm very scared to do anything as I believe if I start playing on the new 0% Career it will begin to overwrite the old Saved Data. I really don't want to lose all my progress mostly for all my platinum medals. I'm not the best Trials player in the world, but I worked really hard to get Platinum on every single track except for "Light City Run" and "Inferno IV". I also had completed 110/120 challenges, collected 20/20 squirrels, and made it to level 114. Plus I now can't play half my custom maps because they require a bike that is now locked.

Should I just keep trying to load up the game? I remember having a similar problem on Trials Evolution on the 360, and after several reboots of the console it synced the correct data. But after several attempts on the Xbox One it still says 0% complete. My Saved Data of 1.7 MB also stayed intact as it still exists when I go to manage the Saved Data in My Games and Apps. What should I do? I cannot even imagine going through all tracks again...

    Please Help,

I've seen this happen to 5 players now. You can try downloading your Xbox Profile again, that has worked for 3 of the other affected players (the other two never responded). It seems to be a very small percentage of players affected by this issue, so it is very difficult to replicate and see what is causing the issue.

@ShiftySamurai Thanks for the quick response. This is probably a stupid question, but what do you mean by "download your Xbox Profile again"? I don't quite know what you mean. And if it helps at all, the one difference that happened this morning with booting up Trials was that one of those Microsoft Xbox One "Syncing Data for Trials Fusion" appeared (the one with white letters in a dark grey box; basically the color of this forum). It normally doesn't for me, so I suspect maybe something on Microsoft's end caused it? The last time I turned off Trials was last night, and I turned it off completely normally.

This is completely off topics but when do you guys normally stream? I'm probably blind and just missed a post about it, and I haven't really used Twitch that much, but I definitely wanted to watch a stream or two. Wasn't it on Fridays or something?

    Still no luck...

I tried doing what you suggested Shifty and deleted my Save Data, but when I re-downloaded my Save Data, the outcome was still the same. Career said 0%, level was 0, xp was 0, money was $0, all bikes were locked, all rider outfits were locked, and all events were locked. Basically a full base reset. This goes against what I initially thought was the problem, which is that the data had been un-synced.

So I then thought maybe a server error reset my single player profile, but as shown below, my Trials profile is still showing my normal stats. To further add to the confusion, when logged in under my brother's account and playing Trials Fusion, if I compare his and my stats (in the Statistics in the Garage) it has my normal stats as well, level 119 etc.

It seems that every other way of seeing my career (comparing with friends and using Trial Profile Portal) displays the correct information, but my console continues to tell me that I have 0 everything. Does anyone know what might be happening? I hate to burden Shifty anymore... Do any forum members know? En0- do you know what is happening?

Any information is appreciated. Thanks so much for your help Shifty!
