So they can see how Trials Fusion is loved!

polls/forums/anything does not represent the whole community as the majority does not even post on those forums

They are only "democratic" with a very high upcome which imo is well over 50.000-100.000 for a game like this across 4 platforms.

Right now I see 1100 votes which is far from the real playerbase so far.

Also, "good" and "bad" is very objective, rather then categorizing it in sub-sections cause every game that has come out to date, every movie, every car etc has good and bad things.

Even with 100.000 peoples the result will be similar!
Even if only 50% don't like the game, this is awful!

from teri "Also, "good" and "bad" is very objective, rather then categorizing it in sub-sections cause every game that has come out to date, every movie, every car etc has good and bad things. "

i agree, its not a matter of good/bad and the way people are feeling about this game right now, i get the feeling you're pushing for the negative!
    you should have added:
'I believe RL are working hard to give this game some polish'
'I think the game is good but needs a lot of work'
'I think the game is good but needs some work'
'I think the game will never be finished'
    'give RL some breathing space'

more options would give a greater understanding on the opinions of those who voted.

i would vote, 'i think RL will polish this game and should take their time to get it right, even though most people are disgruntled with lack of MP and TC offline, just fix the core of the game, spend 2+ months (however long) it takes bug hunting and then do us proud with quality DLC and an update''

If people want to vote "I think the game is good but needs a lot of work" they just have to vote "good"
Like I said, I didn't want to "stretch" the result! It's like a referendum "Yes" or "No"

I am surprised even 1100 people have voted. That being said if the voters were a random sample across the Trials demographic, then a larger vote would end up being similar. There's no way of knowing that, so the data is mostly unreliable.

Most importantly Ubi/RL will have their own data so this poll will have no effect on them unless it grows say 1000 fold.

i think these kind of posts and threads wont stop until a dev comes on here and admits that the game was rushed and released
far too early, and maybe explain why.. (not that it isnt obvious but an official statement is better)
Might help with closure for the long time Trials veterans that feel betrayed.
Then they can finally bury Trials and move on.
Without such a statement the negativity will probably keep lingering.

    Nothing wrong with a poll..
i personally didnt vote though because the way this poll is worded, both answers are true imo.
As a video game Fusion is pretty good. (Little light on content though)
As a Trials game its bad. (compared to Evo)

Not gonna explain again why i think its bad but most of what Examplez, Retribution and especially Willyumz have posted here
in recent weeks sums up perfectly my main problems with Fusion.

Im still kind of Trials addicted and play out of habit and posting yt vids and stuff.
But unless the upcoming DLC's are really special, i will most likely start playing less and less until i finally quit Trials forever.
(Not trying to sound self-important, im sure Ubisoft doesnt care wether i play or not since i already payed for 2 games and a season pass)

If/when a good game or two comes along (Destiny perhaps?) ill be done with Trials for good.
Nothing that interests me atm, and i damn sure aint gonna play no cod.

1 - This isn't democratic. It isn't even close to democracy. You shouldn't use words that have zero value to the point you are trying to make. This is just an opinion poll.

2 - 1000 people have voted. These are people with whom you share a small community. These people may have one opinion that varies massively with the rest of the community. Especially as those with strong voices are more likely to complain, and people are more likely to agree with them if those are the voices they keep hearing/reading. 1000 people do not reflect the voices of all people who bought the game.

3 - You are influencing people's opinions by saying a lot of negative things and nothing positive in the OP. That skews the polls. Even if this was democratic, you're clearly trying to influence the poll with what you're saying. Your bias extends to others. This detracts massively from any results, essentially rendering the poll worthless.

4 - By giving only two options you essentially limit people's actual views. Anyone who thinks the game will be good, but are waiting until track central releases, will have to say no. Again, you're controlling the results.

5 - Your logic that RedLynx don't care about the community if the "fair" poll says more people don't like the game makes no sense. The two don't correlate. You're trying to associate satisfaction and results with desire to please. Just because some people don't like it, doesn't mean that people don't care, or didn't/don't try. You sound like the type of guy who says when girls don't like him that the girls are stupid and it's their fault.

All those issues aside, I see your point. You are trying to find a new way to get your point across that some people are dissatisfied. That is completely understandable. But the way you are going about it isn't as fair as you claim. Hopefully RedLynx see the point behind what you're doing, and not what you actually did, as you might have a positive impact in that scenario.

Extra edit: Saw your YouTube video on it. Don't understand what you said, but I read the comments (Google translate). You are actively telling people to vote no. Not a fair poll.

Here are the things people said in the comments. The issues were servers, track central download issues, lack of tracks to on track central, the update that limits track complexity (because of cross platform which people demanded!!). Other people said the game is good, and the problems are not that bad. The major problem was server issues. That is Ubisoft, not RedLynx.

You complain about Impossible Stairs. There's a reason the Stairs are high rated, just like all of the other high rated tracks. More people in the community like them. All this talk about "the community", but you can't see that a lot of the community likes different aspects of the game than you. Just because your friends like it, doesn't mean everyone else does. Just because your friends don't like something, doesn't mean everyone else doesn't like it either. You ask RedLynx to pay attention, but you refuse to do the same.

One person said this in your comments. Fair poll? - "I voted even though I've never played a Trial Fusion because I see that most people we were disappointed "

Lastly, you said this in your comments - "At least with a constant pressure we can expect the collective suicide of them! $" Nice to see you are addressing your issues properly. Even as a joke, this is ridiculous.

You have good arguments, and you take time to answer, so I'm going to explain you my opinion my turn:

Firstly, I just remember you that I'm french, so some words that I'll use will be maybe wrong, nor in the context, so don't take what I'm saying word for word!

-You said that I influence the poll, yeah certainly, but unintentionally, I mean, in the video I said my opinion, so I'm not responsible for the people vote!

-Yeah I agree, only 1000 people have voted, this is why I posted here because I know on this forum people like the game, so I could get their opinion too! In doing this I don't limit the poll, I extended it over France! I want the maximum of vote by different country!

-I gave two options only because of course, if I put "Not so good/Not so bad" everyone would have voted this! I would have voted this! I think the game have the capacities, but not atm! So I wanted to know what people would tend more!

-At the moment, Redlynx give me the impress that they don't care about their game! The next week after the release of the game, they have been in holidays during two weeks! It was a crucial moment no? Why don't report the release?
The reason why I said that if this poll is negative it's because Redlynx don't care about us, is because if Redlynx listened us, we would not at this point!
They pretend to listen to us, but they simply respond "We are working on it"
I'm still waiting the fix for the leaderboard of Uphill Struggle on Trials Evolution! About a year ago ShiftySamurai said that! "We are working on it"... saddening

-Here are the things people said in the comments. We have demanded that after the release!! Initially it was planned or maybe not, I don't know! In ALL case they said to big Youtubers, my friends ( CruxyCX and DiabloX9 ) that the cross platform will be in Fusion, they said word for word "each track will downloadable whatever the platform"! They litteraly insist for they say in their video!! So you know, Redlynx don't really say that! No official info, so no responsabilities! Marketing process? Certainly!

-"I voted even though I've never played a Trial Fusion because I see that most people we were disappointed " - Like I said it before, I'm not responsible of this!

Lastly, you said this in your comments - "At least with a constant pressure we can expect the collective suicide of them! $" Nice to see you are addressing your issues properly. Even as a joke, this is ridiculous. - I know Redlynx will do nothing, whatever we do, I know this poll will change nothing, but I just want to show to Redlynx what people think about their game! Maybe in their head: "We did ****". That was the meaning of this sentence!

Thank you iviarkD for your post! Finally a post with which may have meant to discuss!

I commend the time you have taken to try and pick apart what I think aBz is trying to achieve with this poll: simply to show RL how much displeasure there is with the product in it's current state.

It is important we all tell them how we feel about it, good and bad, and how eloquently or professionally we are each able to do this should not negate our efforts to try.
