the problem is i have direct x 11 installed on my machine any help would be much appreciated

my machine isnt too bad so i would of thought it would play it.

win 7 ultimate x64
i5 3.40
8gig ram
direct x version 11

As far as i understand your Video card doesn't meet minimum requirements.
