But I can understand you also run out of patience on your side with this issue.

I agree with you, it's really bad to have a so persistent and severe issue on the X360 servers, we're working with Microsoft to find what's happening.
We'll update as soon as we know what's happening to give more details.

Over the past month, this situation (xbox 360) has continued to degrade. Initially, you could download and play tracks from TC after a few attempts. The current state is that TC is not working at all on the 360. To hear that RedLynx is working w/ Microsoft to find a solution is quite different than to simply hear that the team is going to be notified of a problem. And frankly, what I was hoping to hear.
I think getting this out would prevent multiple discussions regarding the issue and alleviate some of the frustration for both the community and RL.
