This game does not utilize gpu properly for pc hardware. My gpu over the period of 3 to 4 minutes while playing the game: fo

as you can see my gpu usage is all over the place and it only gets worse the longer I play the game, (memory leak?) When this happens my gpu's drop to 30-40% each and I get as low as 10 framerate which isn't playable. All those dips and jumps in the graph (even the tiny ones) represent either a massive frame drop while my gpu utilization skydives for no reason, and in-game stuttering.

Monitored vram, never went over 1995mb, this is within my 2GB 5970 cards limits. I should be able to play this game on high no problems, but its literally unplayable.

For me the patch did improve performance, however I didn't have so much performance issues before in the first place. One situation I've noticed before and after where stutters are bound to happen more often and thats when driving with motionblur (which I don't see adding anything notable to visual quality as it's for my knowledge only used while driving anyways) and when making turns. Other than that, working pretty great for me.

Running with: Intel Core i7 4770k @ 4.2GHz, 16Gb 2400MHz Ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 780
1920x1080 max details, 2x txaa

Damn, Ubisoft... 33 members alone are having stuttering as bad as pre-patch... that's really poor.

Hi Guys,

If you have stuttering - and no other fixes help - can I ask you try this?

Inside the "screen" menu, changing the "window mode" from "full screen" to "without borders"

Please post back your findings - or - update your ticket to support - if it helps!

To me it doesn't help, it's worse actually.
The only thing that helps with the stuttering is putting textures on "Medium" and changing "GeometryQuality" to medium on GameProfile.xml. If textures are on "High" or "Ultra" the game stutters really bad, even with everything else on low/off.

I have a 2GB GPU (GTX 770) and I'm using 337.88 drivers.

Some users found a boost, as in this video so was worth checking - since some were concerned it maybe a config issue /bug

Playing in borderless window disables crossfire/sli but it does make driving better, but the game isn't playable for me when one gpu is at 90 and the other is stuck at 20. I only get like 17-20 frames with just 1 gpu.

It does not work the slightest.

I've also updated my ticket to Ubisoft almost a week ago, and they haven't replied. So much for that I guess...
