Ofcrouse that 1 second is equal to 100k points was false. Proof : i improved quagmire gold time time by 8 seconds, i got only over 200k.
score is based on track difficulty, sometimes i improve by 0.200 and i get only 9k.
The point is scoring is different from track to another.
Cracked platou:
18.212s 91,868,682 let's improve:
18.111s is 91,871,343 0.101s is equal 2661 points, 26.346 points per 0.001s
17.872s 91,877,630 0.239s is equal 6297 points, also 26.347 points per 0.001s
17.580s and 91,885,314 so 0.292s is 7684 points and 7684/292=26.315 per 0.001
So 18.212 - 17.580 = 0.632s and 91,885,314 - 91,868,682 = 16,632/632=26.316 points per 0.001s total
So it could be ~26300 points per 1s
Now need to try tier 1 and/or 3 tracks
The mill and lookout point had the same numbers so I guess all tier 2 tracks gives you 26k per second(at least if your time is near the top)
Bouncy hills 19.445 to 18.743; 1.202s difference and only 15,003 points (61th to 27th) I'm stuck
18.743 to 17.997; 0.746s and 15,936 points. (27th to 9th) Here's no logic ;(
Thats the one; thanks. What they call Ultimate Time was what I was referring to as "perfect time", only what they do is nicer than what I described (no surprise) because they just defined what occurs should you somehow exceed it. Bottom-line....every track has a very similar number of points possible and the rate you gain per fraction of a second is dependent on the point values and time thresholds. That matches what I was seeing, with all my track point values (no matter how difficult the track is) always tending in the end to have totalled around 805K or so.Originally Posted by iviarkD Go to original post
Glad someone found the spreadsheet to save me explaining it (they were developed by Megatrain and GrantR for both Trials Evo and HD and were very helpful). The only thing I would say that hasn't already been discussed is that the Ultimate Time is an unreachable time far below what you'd get for a "perfect run". The closer you get to the time, the closer you get to the maximum points available from that track. However, some tracks are better for squeezing out those extra few points than others because of 1) the way the ultimate time differs on each track - meaning it's possible to get closer on certain tracks and 2) because the tracks are also different in length shaving off .100 won't give you the same amount of points of every track. As a rough rule, the shorter the track, the more points each unit of time is worth. There also seem to be a lot more points available per track in Frontier than any other Trials game. Not sure why they increased it.
That is one awesome spreadsheet! I wish one could be created for Frontier as well.
If I had understanding, I would be volunteering to invest my time in creating the actual excel (what I do for work anyway) no matter how long it would take.
Anyone wants to clue me in for everyone's good?![]()
Another hacker has joined the top of the android leaderboard, his name is GeralDys, currently on 5th place. Taeram on 7th place is also a hacker.
gtdave should be in first place, but is now on 8th
The rest of the top 7 are all hackers who are still there after a lot of weeks, why are these people still there?
Clean the android LB please... so I can get back to top40![]()
