So somehow this showdown is impossible for me to win despite having a quicker time and 0 faults. When I started the races it instantly had an X on the fault count with me 0 and my opponent -9 on one track, -11 on another track. Not sure if this is a flaw of the software or a malicious user breaking my streak and cheating.

i've two of these guys right now at my showdowns.
i've also collected this guys they use the -1 faults bug in showdown in this thread.
i hope the devs wil fix this soon so we have a possible chance to win a showdown.
cheers
i laugh knowing the removed the ones that were easy to beat through anba but kept the one i keep getting matched up with thats impossible to beat. i even created a support ticket over that one guy in hopes of getting some gems back.
FYI, new topic for reporting Android hackers, started by a moderator....(and it looks like they got rid of quite a few too)
http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...tting-the-boot!
they are going to need to keep someone on the look out regularly. since they removed the bulk from the global leaderboard a new one showed up already.
I'm still surprised that they cannot do a simple check on their servers!
Every player uploads a shadow of a race, so on server side they can check if player actually moves towards the finish without glitches and abnormal speed.
If check fails, the result should be at least put on hold.
It should be no more than 1 day of coding..
Quite a few of the Developers play Trials Frontier on Android. I'm sure that when they come across something out of the norm, they make a note of it.Originally Posted by sriskus Go to original post
And remember, feeding into posts made by known hackers only makes things worse. By not stooping to their level, we can rob them of their satisfaction of knowing they got a rise out of us. The less attention we give them on the forums, the better. Unless of course if it's to post someone you think is cheating. Just report the info and try not to leave any sideways comments about it. This one way we can make hacking less appealing for cheaters.
