Do you still have this issue? There should be no problem with the connection.
If you still having this problem, then it's better to do this:
1)Send me your log files. You should be able to find them in this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs ).
2)You can try to reinstall your Uplay,
