I seem to be the only one who experiences this problem... I get hacked, but I never get tailed. I turn off Online Invasions (I don't care about notoriety) and back on, I seem to get hackers on me, but no one tails. I always focus every 2 - 5 minutes to see if anyone is on me, and let them watch me... I only want my platinum trophy...

Also, please don't move this to the help section, I'm not asking for a patch on this, but just wondering if anyone else experiences the problem.

I mean it's hard to tell exactly, especially if you weren't using the exploit and if they did it well, you might not have ever noticed. But I'd say i I think I get both, cause I've been mid tail and have tried starting a mission or online and I've been told to find the person tailing me so clearly from time to time it happens

same for me, it's always hackers.
you can't even check how many times you have been successfully tailed.

i left my game running for 12 hours while i was out and only had 2 hacks on me.
even if i know someone is on me i wait to see if it's a hacker or a tail. it's the last trophy i need.

My guess would be:

(1) You HAVE been tailed but you just haven't noticed. The whole process can be over and done with in less than 2 minutes.

(2) Less people tail because, well, it's just not as fun as hacking.

(3) You take too long in the shower and Jesus is punishing you. He sees what you do in there!

I always seem to find and kill everyone who invades me. I don't know why. I don't care if someone tails me. Hell, I'll get an achievement if I let them. Sadly, my OCD says to search and destroy.

i just got the trophy, just drive around alot not doing anything in particular.
took about 90 minutes to get tailed 5 times. platinumed now
