Need help on the game. Im stuck here. I cant do the three others cause i need the blueprint fr d new bike and the one im on, wen i finish it i dont get the wheel!! It shows locked wheel. so i cant get the blueprint. and no other races available! What do i do?

If u see the last ss, i beat him n got a bronze, cant beat to get better bt i keep beating n getting bronze still norhin happems

I remember having this same problem, it didn't get solved until I reset my progress and played it all over again.
