Most recent update will not download | Forums

I went to play the game and the notification that I had to update came up so I hit the update button. I was redirected to the app store and pressed the update button. Now the application is stuck trying to update. It is sitting on my phone screen with the icon darkened and the progress bar on it saying loading. After a few seconds it will give a pop up message saying "Unable to Download Application" and "Trials Frontier could not be downloaded at this time". It has be saying this every time.

Few Questions:

1. Is this a known issue?

if so

2. How do you fix it?



3. If I delete the trials frontier app and attempt fresh install will I loose my progress?

if so

4. What pile of bullcrap is Ubisoft trying to shove down our throats for the reason Uplay is necessary on this game if it doesn't save my progress?



5. Was support for older versions of iOS removed in this last update? (I'm still running version 6.1.3 and refuse to update)

1. It happened to me with Chinatown Wars & Infinity Blade II
2. I used my PC to update
3. No. You can start from a fresh install and get your save back. Just log into Uplay after the tutorial
