I was playing on PS4 last night and I came out of a mission to find my profiler not working. Now I cant do anything in game cant hack anything the profiler just isnt working, also cant go online its telling me to redo the the missions that initially unlocked it. This is a major bummer now I cant play at all I really dont want to have to restart my game being about 25% completed now. Please help!

[Status]It is a complex issue that could be created from numerous sources and we’re doing our best to isolate it and find a solution.
As we are now, we’re still trying to replicate the issue and we still need your help to find the exact problem, create a fix, test and release it.
So please send you save files to support.ubi.com and please provide the following information:
What version of the game are you playing
Uplay Username & Gamertag
Frequency (How often is it mentioned. How often does it happen to you?)
Since when does it happen (This helps identify if it is a patch or DLC that’s the source of the bug)
Define the Flow of the error (What did you do before this error occurred? / Written description / Ex: “When I launch from the desktop it crashes”. “I received this error message : Error xx6546” / Screen grab of the error if possible)
We’ll keep you updated as soon as we find something. Thanks for your understanding.

I have an update though - the issue has been identified and they are working on a patch - however I can't give an ETA at present.

So how long do we have to wait to get this fixed i am at 99% complete but cant play the game because i cant use the profiler or get online or fast travel or get into a car without the alarm going off or hack a street light or open a garage door or well just about anything but run around and look stupid. I submitted a ticket and it is going nowhere. I was told to backup my save file and start a new game. yeah because that's logical. i don't want to play a new game i want to finish the one i started and is sitting at 99% complete indefinitely until you guys figure out a solution to a problem that never should have existed in the first place.
what is going to be done to compensate us for our time that we are sitting here waiting for a fix. These things should not be problems the game was already delayed by 8 months and it still has horrible issues with lag the app sucks and the framerate drops are horrendous.
Then when i get on here to post anything i have to sign in every time as there is no keep me signed in or remember me on this computer option then to hound us with this captia crap for EVERY post is just asinine. Ask for the captia once during registration not for every damn post that we want to make. You guys really don't want to make your customers happy at all i can see and that is why i am happy to be leaving Ubisoft in my rearview mirror.
I loved Assassins creed until you forced online on us just to get a platinum trophy. Black flag was the last assassins creed i will ever buy and Watchdogs is the last Ubisoft title i will ever buy.
You people need to get it together and learn how to make a game that isn't full of bugs. Loose the online nonsense you guys suck at it. Not every game NEEDS multiplayer give it up. Good bye and good ****ing riddance.

My ps4 version is bugged bad... After non stop playing for 4 days and beating the game and most of the side missions..(between work and family time that is) I was playin the online 4 vs 4 mode where u fight to hack the target or whatever.. i went to quit the mission and it put me in some sort of online limbo where i have no safe houses to fast travel to, my phone does not hack a single thing...not even a civilian walking by...im back to smashing windows without alarms going off... I cant join an online match...my progress is there in the skill tree and all i still have my outfits and guns and the only missions showing up are the ones i have left which are the fixer missions which are impossible without a working phone to hack stuff to get away with the vehicle i am attempting to steal. This is total BS and they told me to follow the steps in the email they sent me, which was supposed to be easy to follow. It tells me i need a thumb drive and to carry files over and stuff, i dont get it and i shouldn't have to do all that. After having the game for 4 days now its just collecting dust as i wait for a patch...Im tempted to trade the game in...no point in playing and im not re starting after all the progress i made...this is total BULL!!!
