I was going to say @xitooner - i'm going through level 9 KTM upgrades now, and when it started, it was like 49 hours or so?
regarding costumes, yes, Cyborg takes 10% off of upgrade time, and "secret agent" (white hooded outfit from agent event) takes 50% off
also @xitooner, can you kindly specify, that when you say "takes 25 gems to skip" you mean 25 gems for each upgrade category, as it is not apparent from your post. thanks! greta job posting this, i wish i saw it before upgrading(unusually for me though, i did play the patience game and only spent 150+ gems so far, will spend the remaining 100 games for level 10 upgrades)
Parts are not an issue just because I got so many of them from prospector and bunker prizes...Originally Posted by xitooner Go to original post(actually they should have better prizes)
It will be a long month to upgrade KTM, I have 2k gems, but just in case I'll save them for trackpacks :P
I just need to save enough Coins to do one more upgrade (Lv.10 Handlebars) then my KTM will be Maxed Out !!
It rides a lot better than it did during the event so-far and it's bound to handle even better when I get the last upgrade done as it adds quite a chunk to the Handlebar Stat !!
Also, I've found a few new shortcuts that the KTM can make where-as the other bikes can't, so this is going to open-up quite a few new lines across various tracks once people get used to it thus creating faster finish times and breaking loads of records.....This REALLY should have it's own Leader Board !!

When you are building a bike that needs them... they will appear. In the chip shop, as season rewards in Bunker, occasionally as rewards on the Loot Wheel, etc. You can buy them for gems in the garage.... propsector used to give them out daily but they took him away (arrgh!) and replaced him with the Puppy that doesnt give... anything worthwhile....Originally Posted by CabanonGH Go to original post
HInt: if you have built one bike that needs them but know you'll be building another bike that needs them... DONT finish your first bike. Leave one slot unupgraded. That way the donuts will stick around, and you can keep stashing away donuts until you need them for the second bike. Because once you dont need them... they disappear.
Thanks for your info, it's been useful now that I've finally got around to upgrading my KTM. Just to note, for me it was slightly different at level 10 with the nuts and bolts:Originally Posted by xitooner Go to original post

Switched around in other words. I don't know if it randomly changes for each player, but thought I'd point it out.
