Fixed the cost for Tango Frame8

Added those times for the Bronco. Thanks, iviarkD. I also verified a few more upgrades for the Armadillo.

Also, corrected Armadillo Frame10 from Bolt3 to Nut3.

Riptide level 8 upgrade takes 6 days. (I think level 7 needs 5 days and level 9 needs 7 days)

BTW, Riptide level 8 Chassis costs 110000, you miss a zero in that number.

Added Riptide upgrade 8 time, and fixed the chassis cost. Also verified Tango level 9 (thought it was weird that the Handlebars upgrade is 3/3/4 instead of 3/4/3, but it's accurate).

All of the armadillo last level upgrades have the price for when all the parts are present, not the price prior to subtracting the parts
