I have a mission to upgrade the saloon, but I do not know how to do. How did you did it??

It's a collectathon mission. on the map screen swipe from the left of the screen to bring up your missions, it will show you what parts you need to get... there is probably a special item to collect too, in which case look for the girls picture above one of the tracks, race on it, then the wheel at the end will have one of the parts swapped with the special item.
