Surely lightning can't strike twice? I'm prepared to give Vladster the benefit of the doubt.

I can report that lightning has in fact struck twice. Not long after creating this thread he deleted me from facebook. In addition he has ignored several xbl messages (from me and others) despite being online to read them.

I can only apologise to the many contestants who kept their end of the bargain by investing their time and effort to support this comp and not to mention the judges who spent alot of time rating these tracks for basically nothing.

We would have more than understood if circumstances had changed and he could no longer keep his end of the bargain had he simply told us, but turns out he simply just couldn't be bothered anymore and decided to slap us all in the face.

I made a few jokes myself, but never thought he'd actually do it. Very disappointing to see this happen with two major competitions held by veterans who were both so called True Fans. Didn't expect it from either of them. Really hope this doesn't happen again.

One thing I will do is contact RL about this. The prizes included some Redlynx swag, I will explain what happened and see if they will at least contribute that bit for us and maybe if I grovel they'll throw in some extra for us? At least the guys who entered and placed can have something to show for their efforts

I remember pages and pages of wrench nomination that were barely listened to. Even Shifty claiming he was going to run through all the nominee tracks.
I knew that wasn't happening, nor did it matter. I almost like the Fusion Community cross platform tracks...no credit for the track, no wrench,no true fan.
Vladiii actually nominated me for a wrench plenty of times. I was glad someone liked my builds, but could care less about an icon near my gamertag.
It too bad, Vladii brought a lot of good to the community, but perhaps didn't care for Fusion and is moving on in life. It's easy to not send money to people you plan on not speaking to again...still sketchy, considering the hours people spent on building...I do find it a little funny though.

When are you going to get a PS4? We more creators on it. Kick that 360 to the curb and step up in life...haah I initially planned on keeping the 360, until I compared the XBONE and PS4. PS4 looks much nicer, hands down. Never a complexity issue.

Kid is going X1 in not too long. Agree, the PS4 version looks immediately better and runs rock solid for the most part. His customs will still looks nice on X1, we'll just have to hope they join the FusionCommunity tracks
