    I did get a response... and I swear they must think people are absolute idiots. The response was:

    In order to get the rewards for the game must use the same Uplay account on both games.

    Please let us know if this does not solve the issue.

    can't login

    I have the same login issue: wrong username/password.
    I think it's the android version. I'm using a Galaxy Tab Pro with the 4.2.2 android. (Jelly bean)
    This is the same version android as the Galaxy S5 phone which I'm seeing also gives the same error.
    The app developers need to update the app to work with this newer version of android.

    I'm also getting this issue - kinda like the app if it would work but on my S5 get the same username or password not recognised error when trying to log in.... also does not load my unlocks in the app - just sits there forever 'loading' (and yes I do have 'mobile data' enabled!)

    Any update on this yet? I've made multiple tickets with support, but the one about the Splinter Cell app is just being ignored. Got help on my Unity issue within a few days
