    Same issue. It's really a shame to force players to play out of game applications or do website stuff to unlock in-game content. And as far as I see, no body in the company cares about that. I wonder, if they don't care about its problems, why do they implement such features.

They are investigating this issue, and once a resolution has been found it will be available in a future update.
