    SC Spider-Bot app issue

    I had a Samsung Galaxy SIII and the SC Spider-Bot app worked just fine. Yesterday I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 and now I can't sign into Uplay via the app. When I try to sign in, it says "Unknown username or password." I'm positive I put in the correct information because I was able to sign into Uplay with the same information on my computer. Is anybody else having this problem?

    I am having the same issue, but it is with a tabalet device I just got. I am able to use the device to login to Uplay, but I can't get the app to login. I get the same message you posted about login name/password.

    I have submitted a message to Support. Since it worked for you old device and not the new one I'm wondering if we are running a newer OS that might not work for the app... (shrug)

    So anyone solved the problem, yestreday i wanted to play spaiderbot app and couldn\t sing in. What's the catch?

    I have reached out twice. When I go back to look for my messages there is nothing there and I recently received a survey asking how my problem was resolved. There may be another thread that I was unable to find that has the fix, but I have not heard anything about my ticket or the fix for my reported problem.

    That's very typical.
    Nothing personal @Ubi-Mush but the https://support.ubi.com/en-US/ team really needs to learn and support this game.

    I'm getting this too now! A couple of days or so ago I got the game installed, it kept crashing all the time but finally I managed to buy the unlocks. They said purchased, yet in Blacklist the items still wasn't there. I first opened a ticket about the game keeping crashing as I tried to get the unlocks. I got the response of a few things to try. I finally managed to get the game to say they're Purchased, and as said, they're still not in the game however. And now, I can't even login anymore, it says Username or Password unknown...

    I opened two tickets regarding this, and the second one they still haven't responded to. (ticket nr 01386014)

    EDIT: And next time if you release a game, leave everything about the game, IN the game. Don't force us to play some stupid crashing buggy mobile phone game to unlock items you will see in the game. Let it all remain IN the game we bought. What if you don't even have a smartphone? Are you supposed to see two items in the game you just never will unlock?

    Anyone got any clue on what I can do to get the items to actually unlock in the game? It's super frustrating to see it there... out of reach even though I played the damn buggy app game, and purchased them there, yet in the actual game there's nothing. And now I can't even log in with the app anymore.
