    Copy your data to your USB drive. Oh wait, PS4 doesn't support external drives. Can you switch your storage device on PS4 to cloud under the game settings?

    Alternatively, if you want to save it to the cloud watch the video above, follow the steps until you see the Application Saved Data Management screen. Where it says "Save Data in Online Storage" select that instead and you'll get a list of your games... obviously select Fusion and it'll upload it. Pretty sure you need PS+ to have cloud storage.

    Thanks for the replies. Currently my game data is being saved to online storage. I guess the correct question to ask is:

    Are the custom tracks I create included in the game data that is saved online?
