HELP! Used wrong email in Frontier! | Forums

My UPlay account actually uses a different email than my forum account, but I entered this one into Frontier so now I can't get my rewards! I couldn't find an option in Frontier to change it, and trying to change my email in Fusion gives me an error that it is already in use.

I need to either change the account on the Xbox 360 (resetting the rewards are fine) or change it on frontier.
Frontier is installed on an iPad

Start up trials frontier, go into the uplay section and there is an option to sign out. Then sign in with the one you want to use
