[360] L0RD Melchett's technical tracks
Hi guys,
Two new tracks created and thrown into the black hole that is currently Track Central. You'll be lucky to find them and if you do, even luckier if you can connect to the Ubisoft server and actually play them cause I can't!
They're pretty simple but fun technical tracks, if you've played any of my HD or Evo tracks you probably know what you're gonna find. I've not gone overboard on the decor because I'm so uninspired by the editor objects. For a start there are NO WOOD OBJECTS. What's that all about??? Anyway, I'm not going to whinge now because it means spending longer on this crappy new forum.
Track 1 is a hard track called "Wood Would Be Good". Technical riding line, simple colours and objects. Pit Viper or Rabbit bikes only. Tough Platinum time but the top riders amongst you will do it with ease as usual I'm sure.
Track 2 is an extreme track called "Wood Is Wheelie Good". Same track as the one above but with lots of pink bits that you need to wheelie over or your front wheel will fall off. I've been more lenient with the medal times due to the increased difficulty.
Hope you enjoy them.
PS: No wood objects were used in the making of these tracks, only shiny plasticky ones ... that's all I could find.

Hey Melchett, I enjoyed your hard track. fun technical DL. As you said above you didn't do much with the decor but never the less the custom checkpoints where a nice addition. Thumbs up, I will give your extreme a go, not great at them so not before my Coffee.
I agree we need some more natural looking objects back. I'll be interested to see what you build when you get your wood back...

Gave them both a go this morning. Enjoyed the hard track for sure. Some nice technical obstacles in there. Additionally I wasn't too fussed on the decor being simple as it meant I could focus on the obstacle at hand. (easily distracted)
The extreme though go can do one.
Couldn't get passed third or fourth checkpoint, but I think that's totally down to my skill. Nice tracks sir.
Additionally with regards to track central. How come your tracks don't show up in the massive FRIENDS TRACKS button? I had to search manually via add feed.

Nice tracks Melchy, only had a quick run on both and will go back. Technical tracks ftw
TC 'friends' search is borked right now due to server issues I think

I found 'em Melchy! Most amused by your PM, and it was rather difficult as Friend Tracks feed wasn't working and first time I searched your GT it found nothing. In any case, I've not had the time to give these tracks the attention they deserve so I capped Marple V's #1 run on the hard one and your run on the extreme:
Wood Would Be Good
Wood is Wheelie Good

Thanks for the positive comments guys, very much appreciated. I'm glad, firstly, that you managed to find the tracks and secondly, that you enjoyed playing them once you did!
Great videos, Defoliator, many thanks for these. My stupid, single fault on the Extreme track is now preserved for all eternity for the world to see!
I hope Track Central is sorted out soon. Evo's Track Central had it's faults but it was vastly more user-friendly than this latest incarnation.

I haven't been on 360 in some time now but I'll be sure to check these out when I venture back to it.
Looking good from watching the videos, LM!

Just to say there will be no more user-created tracks from me on Fusion. I've been really patient waiting to see if YouBeShafted were going to restore local storage of downloaded tracks. I'm not spending my time creating tracks that are then only available for the duration that they can be bothered to keep their servers running for this game and then with a flick of the switch, gone.
If I play trials these days it's on Evo, I haven't felt even the faintest interest for doing any Superman poses or any of that other "futuristic" roly-poly rubbish and I'll be an old man riddled with arthritis before we see a decent multiplayer. Any future tracks I create will almost certainly be on Evo, I've been working on one already!
See you in the past.
