Awwyeah at least someone outside Finland likes the delicious food we produce! Salmiakki, rieska, karjalanpiirakka and poronkäristys FTW as well!

Salmiakki we don't get here (in Australia) like in Finland - our liquorice isn't salty... but when we have Finnish relatives or friends visit here they always bring suitcases of it over (I'm not joking). Of course, I was treated to quite a few big nights drinking Salmiakkikossu with the local Finnish tribes the last time I was there. :P One of my mummos was from Karjala (before it was ceded to Russia) so she bakes awesome piirakat - with egg butter on top! Also awesome pulla as well - which is damn good stuff dunked in a cup of coffee! Lohilaatikko, can't forget that - easy to cook as well. Yes, Finnish food FTW!! haha.

I miss pork pies from UK!!........ Decent fish and chips from a local chippy too.

Did you also know that DJ tried to bring Salmiakki to the UK and failed hard, he had to start a new life as a level designer and now he has unrational hate for Salmiakki.

im from the USA i know some of my great great grandparents came from germany but im not 100% sure of all the mixes that i am. i know my grandma was half german and half norwegian. and my moms side of the family has some english i believe.
