Weird its still happening I tried unlocking a ctos tower that made me get a hideout and yeah plz find a way to fix

note that this is a legit copy on PS3
So I was being chased by the cops, level 5 to be specific.
I was being invaded too, I identified the hacker immediately by accident and he ran me over
So I respawned, I found out that my outfit was reset to default, I tried pulling out a weapon.. nothing was in the weapon wheel except a crappy pistol and the "Lure"..
I couldn't craft anything too :/ Neither play online anymore..
I tried going back into the weapon shop to get my weapons back, I couldn't get the ones that I already had back... about the ones I didn't.. well, there wasn't anything I didn't get from the weapon shop.
BTW I've noticed that I can't use any skills anymore, in the skills tree it says that I unlocked them but if I try to use them they won't work except the focus and profiler optimization (the ones i've noticed), I couldn't raise bridges or spikes.
Also ALL of my hide outs are gone from the map.
Please help..

I can get my outfits back from the hideouts too but I still have all the other problems and theres no way to fix them..
I miss my silenced guns.. please help..

I have the same problem as well everything got wiped back to the 1st mission yet I've nearly completed Act 1
