    Village Hero Bundle

    I just tried to purchase Village Hero Bundle which failed. Thinking it was an internet connection as I've seen the message pop up while upgrading the bike (even though i have a perfectly good wifi connection) I tried again and failed a second time, only to find out I have been billed on BOTH purchases and have NOT received my items.

    Does anyone have a contact email for Ubisoft/Redlynx that I can email about getting the items added or purchase refunded as I have the purchase order receipts that Google Play emails out?

    This thread is a great example of how bad Ubisoft's customer support is. This entire support forum has less than 30 threads and they fail to even answer to the most important ones.
