Deleting my corrupted tracks online
To developers,
I just wanted to post a new thread since my thread in support section didn't get any replies after few weeks. I have a problem with few of my shared tracks and therefore I want them to be deleted online. And no, the problem isn't that they are crap - they are corrupted - and therefore cannot be downloaded/played. In my older thread here in forums (link below) I asked what could have caused the corruption but never got any answer/suggestion. I tried to solve the problem with "trial and error" kind of tactic. This caused me to release two (2) corrupted tracks to Track Central. But finally I was able to release the uncorrupted version of my track.
Now, the problem I have is for those two corrupted tracks - I can't delete them (of course). People searching for my tracks see a list with these corrupted tracks. I want the list to be "clean" and only tracks that can be playable. I know this is not "game breaking" or so urgent matter for me or the devs, but to be honest, it's annoying. I don't know your system or code you've created to get tracks deleted online but I would assume this wouldn't take more than couple minutes or so.

I know you usually don't delete tracks online but since this is not my "fault" I would be appreciated if you could handle this issue for me. And if these forums isn't the right place to get my tracks deleted, could you/someone at least get me pointed to right person to handle this.

We don't typically remove uploaded tracks, but as these are listed as corrupt, I will see what I can do. Please keep in mind that I do not personally have access to the tools needed to remove your tracks, but I will see if I can have it taken care of. Unfortunately I can't make promises.
