Weapons disapparing from the weapon wheel or am I missing something? | Forums

I have the same problem, and I have tried everything to fix it. I was so glad that I finally got it, and I was using it for about an hour, and then I was playing multiplayer and I died. The next time I respawned it was gone from my wheel. I kept playing, and tried dying again, or visiting the gun store (the gun appears in the store with a price, but it is unable to be purchased) but nothing works.

This is still happening.... Has there been any fix for this? I lost my whole assault weapon selection, it is stuck on a sniper rifle.

Ever since I played online, which I thought would have been cool, then all of a sudden bam i get this.

This is on PC, Steam... so... what the heck.
LEt alone the Noti POints not saving at all, form the looks of it 2016 till now people are still having problems, like the others 1000+ gone as soon as i quit and actually sleep like people are supposed to do and even their eula and tos says to do in there.

There has to be some way of fixing this, this is just bollocks.

Same problem in 2019, Vector silenced. I contacted the Ubi Support and they say me that "a team is working about the problem". It's strange that problem since 2014 has not been solved.

Hello all, if still experiencing this issue, could you please first verify the game files (Uplay PC / Steam) and then if it persists, open a support case and attach to it evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or video clips? We need to see that you have unlocked / redeemed the weapons, are unable to purchase them again, yet cannot access them.

While I cannot promise a fix, we will certainly look into this further to see if there is anything further that can be done. Thank you.
