Weapons disapparing from the weapon wheel or am I missing something? | Forums

After unlocking the Spec Ops Goblin (5th weapon on the Assault rifle tree), and playing around with it for a bit, I then logged off for the night. The following day, when I hopped on WD, I found the Spec Ops Goblin was, no longer, in my weapon wheel.

At first I thought I did something wrong, since I now had 4 weapons, instead of 5, for that slot in the wheel, but then I bought a Silenced Uzi, and the same thing happened (although it was the... 6ths or 7th slot in the pistol area).

Once again, played a bit with it, turned the game off, next day it was gone from the wheel.

At the gun store, the weapons show up without a price tag, but when you click on it, the price tag shows, but you can't do anything but "Go Back". I have more than enough money to buy it, but I know already did buy one weapon, and unlock the other.

Is there a key I'm missing that makes you equip/unequip weapons out of the selection boxes? Is there a "Loadout" menu somewhere?

Try using the scrolling wheel.

There you can choose the weapons you got.

I just stated that it's not in the selectable weapons any more (including the fact that there are 4 selections in the rifles, instead of 5. 5th needing to be the Spec Ops Goblin that I unlocked. Same with the pistol slot and the Spec Ops (Silenced) Uzi

I had the EXACT same problem with the EXACT same gun (spec ops goblin) and everything. I unlocked the gun and even did a gang hideout with it to try it out. Then i quit to the main menu and turned off the console for the night. Today when i logged on and went to use it in a gang hideout mission it was no longer there. I checked to make sure I still had it unlocked and didn't lose my progress same how and it was still unlocked. I went to the gun shop to see if it was showing up and it was still showing unlocked for me there too but I was unable to buy it as if I already had it on me but I cant find it anywhere on my gun wheel under any section. Obviously theres some problem with the gun wheel in this game and it makes me hesitant to do my next criminal convey mission cause it looks like my destroyer I'll get will disappear the next time I turn my console off. Hopefully ubisoft looks into this and releases some kind of patch fix unless theres some way to select weapons that will appear in your wheel that I cant find anywhere either.

p.s. while this is a pc WD thread, I want to add that I play on xbox one and had this same issue, I only replied here cause it came up when i googled to see if anyone else was having the same problem

Actually, that's good news, because it points to a bug in the game in general, as opposed to something I had done. Thanks for pointing it out, maybe we can get a bit of an attention to this

Well, guys I don't know if this is the same problem but...where the shotguns are on the gun wheel I have the pistols there and I have the pistol on the upper slot of the gun wheel as well. And automatics on the right and specials and sniper on the bottom. so basically I can't use shotguns throughout the entire game...I have bought all the shotguns, logged off n back on...the only thing I can think of is restart the campaign but I don't really want to do that...if this happens to anyone else, please let me know and if you have any ideas of how to fix it then please let me know.

Bring up the weapon wheel and look at each weapon slot there will be an arrow, choose the different weapons with the arrows.

I know how to change weapons but...on the weapon wheel, where my shotguns should be I have my pistols there and I have my pistols on the upper slot as well and I can't change it...so I have 2 pistol slots but not a shotgun slot.

cant play multiplayer anymore, cant use “old” guns mainly i miss the silenced one, all small hideouts are gone, my character is smashing car windows again but no alarm goes off, cant open gates anymore
