Someone has probably already brought a complaint about this but I wasn't around for it soooo:
Why aren't runs over 15 minutes being shown on custom track leaderboards? Do the leaderboards really only show viewable replays? -_-
I'm so disappointed with this game. Replays breaking left and right and now this? RedLynx needs to get their **** together.
It's guess it's not surprising that many people think Evolution was better, because it IS BETTER. Done complaining. I could go on if you want...

So you should have looked for it as all those questions are already answered.
You can look in the PC Support part of the forum. We're explaining the behavior seems to be quite random and we are investigating.

Leaderboards don't show only viewable replays.
Also, please report in the "support" part of the forum (consoles or PC depending on your platform).
