    Save the XML in the OP into the file named GamerProfile.xml in a directory called:

    C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\Watch_Dogs\[GUID]

    [username] will be your Windows login username
    [GUID] will be some unique value to your machine (something like 1f5d300b-e310-4319-835c-83c45377e383).

    The file should already exist (it did for me) but will likely be significantly smaller than the one in the OP.

    Omg! I cant believe it worked!
    Thaaaaanks maaan!

    But theres something. The game was running pretty smooth on Ultra till the mission Big Brother.
    Then it started to have a drops of FPS and never got smooth again
    Even if I changed the settings to low.

    But, thanks anyway. Now I can somewhat play it xD
