How do i upgrade the village (saloon etc). I've heard about it but I don't know how to do it. So if anyone could tell me I would appreciate it. Also, what are the benefits of upgrading the village?

Is that not just a collectathon mission.. like you've got to get a certain number of parts. Check your list of active quests on the map screen by swiping from the left. There are no benefits, it's just another mission.

It's just a collection mission. It doesn't actually upgrade. It's just the part of the story when you can make a 2nd/3rd tier bike.
