What if I put on 3 Double Coin boosts at once? Would it be an x6 boost? An x8 boost or just still a x2 boost and the 2 others are wasted?

Actually, when a boost is active that same boost cannot be selected again, and the active timer is not reset if you try anyway...so you can't stack a single boost type.
