1. Server Fix (im tired of restarting Trials 5 times everytime before i get on the server)
2. Single Player Tournaments.
(Always been part of Trials, its SUPPOSED to be in the game damnit!
Hard to take the single player serious without them.
Just adding tournaments alone would make this game ALOT better already!!!)
3. Tournaments. Seriously...
4. Multiplayer
5. Track Central
6. Bugs
7. DLC
I can agree with much of what you are saying. I would like to be able to make supercross tracks, and another thing I'd really freaking love is being able to create with a friend. I'm sure the creating with a friend could be done a bit after they get the online multiplayer up and running. Yeah, I get what you mean by ignorance haha. To be honest I dislike Battlefield 4 very much, just because Bad Company 2 was such a great game with everything right with it.Originally Posted by bassline001 Go to original post
My issues with games now are they get everything perfect, and then the next release of the series they ruin it. I mean honestly though, given the 12 month period and the 6 packs for DLC, 2 months after release seems right on par for me. I know I shouldn't put up with the bugs and such, but they have my money, and I'm invested. So right now might as well just enjoy the creator, and see how things go.
First I want to say that I appreciate the tracks that the community makes and I thank the creators for them!
Unfortunately, I have no interest in playing the game. I can deal with all of the issues, but the one thing I can't cope with, is the inability to play tracks with friends online. I can spend hours with a group of friends, working our way through difficult, entertaining, or simply well designed tracks. I top out at about an hour or two over the course of several days when playing alone. When a friend is online, which is most of the time, we choose a game we can play together.
Individually, we can gold medal all of the extremes with a little effort, then start chipping away at zero faulting them over time.
Together, we can figure out and complete most created extreme tracks, including ninjas, by coaching each other through difficult sections.
My hope for this game was an improvement on that experience, not a complete removal! I'm still waiting for any indication of the new multiplayer feature.
My intention here is not to complain, but to provide a bit of perspective, in hopes that I can get enjoyment out of the game again.
What I'd like to see for my preferred game mode (private online multiplayer):
- The ability to switch cameras to another rider. The "ghosts" can be hard to view on a lot of maps, especially when you have 4 people in the same area trying the same jump.
- The ability to back up to a previous checkpoint. This works for practicing difficult sections, as well as being able to show other players how to proceed.
- The ability to skip forward to another player's checkpoint (this can involve a time penalty or a minimum fault threshold if that is a concern). It would allow players to work "cooperatively" in order to complete courses. We only proceed once all players have reached the current checkpoint, which can be tedious if someone simply can't pass a certain section.
- Optionally, this could allow for 2, 3, or 4, player team events as well (either an average/total time score, or the best time from your team). It could also allow "relay" races (For example, having your fastest rider start the track, your best bunny-hopper in the middle, and your best motocross racer at the end). Of course this would create new track concepts as well.
I have several friends waiting until they see the multiplayer before purchasing the game, and hope to be able to ride hard soon!
I think you missed the "soon" timeslot. It's been 8 days - I don't class this as "soon" anymore. If you knew info wasn't going to be released within the week, you shouldn't have said "soon" but should have said within the next few weeks.Originally Posted by ShiftySamurai Go to original post
This isn't aimed at you, Shifty - you can only go what you've been told - but I think the community will no longer trust a "soon" estimate. You'll be much better off just saying "within the next few days/weeks" in the future.
Just so you know, they have been saying "soon" for at least a month now so I don't think anyone expected new info within the week...My best guess for a patch is when the pyrosequence countdown is over, so in about 2 weeks...Originally Posted by S-Wallis Go to original post

No...it's always soon. This usually means 2 months or 6 months.Originally Posted by NasT65 Go to original post
The brutal disappointment of a missed date would be to much for forum members to bare, so it's actually for our own good.
Plus, any leaks through the site would "blow up" and go viral within minutes on YouTube and the web,
Information pertaining to dlc and future updates must be handled with extreme care and sensitivity. Information in the wrong hands could be detrimental to Ubisoft, Fusion, and society as a whole.
You will receive more information soon. Thanks for asking.
Unlike COD or Other huge titles, Fusion is pretty small...at least for the hardcore forum people. We probably are only 50 strong? It it irrelevant if we're told or not.
Frontier just received a 2nd update...possibly 3rd. Fusion 0. I want a Fusion to be awesome, like the others in the series and hopefully the update and dlc, coming soon, will propel it to new heights.
Cross platform TC...I believe it's possible, but not a priority or never has been. I would think early on in the development they would know for sure...yes, this is possible and we're doing it...or no, we are focusing efforts elsewhere...like penguin tennis and so on. The "we're looking into it" a week before the release seems like it was never a concern.
Secretly, RL laughs at the "hardcore" fans who's lives revolve around a video game....when they're not paid to do it....true story
I wish they never became Ubisoft's whipping boy. All control went out the window, with promises of big returns through the Ubisoft marketing machine. I hope I swallow these words in 6 months, when 3 dlc's are unleashed and TC is laid out perfectly. We'll see. I volunteer to oversee all TC fixes and future proper functionality. My credentials are impressive with 79 forum posts and I own a ps4 and 360. I'll be waiting to hear back...haha. Joking aside, I bet most forum members would have done a better job at overseeing TC for Fusion...guaranteed.
