A couple things worth pointing out.
Trials Frontier has fully launched, out now on both iOS and Android. No one said squat about the android release.
I think right up above this sentence, I'm the first one to make the proper announcement here on the forums. If I cared about an intellectual property I had an investment in, I'd be darn sure to make sure that is known everywhere I could.
Is there something to be said about social media networks (twitter, facebook) when your marketing or product announcements rely SOLELY on them to spread the news? (rhetorical)
I don't facebook, and I don't twitter. Don't forget about those of us who don't care to be "hip" or "one with the masses".
I'm super excited to give constructive feedback.
This could be the solution to the forums not having an auto-login feature:
All purchases require re-entering your password. Viewing payment options require re-entering your password. These options perhaps can be disabled through settings (after re-entering your password).
You guys don't even remember my email. I feel it's a hassle to come to the forums, it used to be a delight.
Just asking you send something in the direction of whoever decides these things.
Thanks!
Ahh. Still being secretive about updates i see. Isn't that the reason you guys have to clean up a bunch of messes in the first place? You guys should trying being more open with the people that play your games. We are the people who will be playing it after all.
Other than that its nice to see that you guys are actually giving us updates. Look forward to the TC update because in its current state... ugh.
I'm really excited to see what comes in the future content packs. Just wanted to say thank you to the devs for their hard work. I actually really enjoy the game, I'm not great at it and honestly am mainly a creator. I wish that there were in game tutorials, that would have been a bit easier to work with. Trying to use the Trials Evo tutorials works fine though, and I'm glad that they were noted or else I would have been lost. I know you guys get a lot of grief from everyone, but some of us think you're doing a good job.I was hoping, that one of the content packs had something for making wooden bridges, or log cabins, etc. I've seen some of the objects from trials evo and wished they were in Fusion. (I know it's the future, but did they completely get rid of the use of wood as a constructive material?) I hope one of the packs has a theme like "Ruins" but more modern day. Anyways, keep up the great work, this is my first trials game, and I speak very highly of it. You guys interact with the customers on a pretty close to personal basis, and that is great to see; not often does that happen anymore.
Cheers, Archon453.
Because this is your first trials game Archon453, you dont see the things that made trials game great.
Just remember that we had a month of PC beta testing, and we bought a FULL game. ( wich is stil not full because there is no Multyplayer etc)
And interacting with customers isnt that much no more ( sorry to say)
I mean, we hear for nearly a month that a update wil be released SOON(tm)
We know what the content wil be, but so far.......nothing. All because E3 is more inportant????
To all players who's first trials game ever is trials fusion....... dont buy HD or evolution, because then u wil see how fcked up trials fusion realy is.
Trials fusion needs a load of fixing, and after 2 months now, nothing has been patched or updated sinds.
Dont get me wrong, i love trials fusion, i just hate the state it is in now.
I normaly build tracks a lot, but now i just dont build untill trials fusion is fixed.
What makes a trials game awesome, the answer is trackcentral.
If players didnt made tracks, any trials would be history already.
Fix the trackcentral(and more), and players are comming back to build tracks to keep trials alive.
That may be true, that it is my first Trials game, and I have no basis for quality, and haven't had the online multiplayer. But quite frankly I grew up with splitscreen, most games now are completely focused on online multiplayer gameplay and they are ruined. I have faith in RedLynx, and hope to see this game shape up to what I expect it to be. Look at Battlefield 4, they had a massive team, and the game still isn't fixed yet. It was unplayable, and your campaign got wiped. I can't complain with this game really. Yeah, there are some features that aren't in it, but will be in it. I can't really complain a heck of a lot.
inb4 your saves get whiped for Fusion D so if you don't want to loose progress, make sure you backup your saves! As for quality, be gratefull it's your first trials game so you don't know what you are missing...I would kill to get that "ignorance"Originally Posted by Archon453 Go to original post
(don't know if ignorance is the proper word to describe it, but you probably get what I mean)
And you say..."some features aren't in but will be". If I buy a game I don't expect to get promised features 6 months after release. If you accept things like this you should start buying early access games, full releases shouldn't be half done on release...
And don't get me wrong, Fusion has potential to be really good and probably better than it's predecessors, but sadly, right now it doesn't even come close to that.
To be good, at least for me (in order of importance), it still needs these things: fixed track central, online multiplayer, ability to make supercross tracks,, general game & editor fixes, proper k/m controls in the editor
my order would be:- TC fixes/changes; Online MP, editor/game fixesOriginally Posted by bassline001 Go to original post
lol..yeah probably should have set supercross tracks after game/editor fixesOriginally Posted by morrillo Go to original postI don't know what I was thinking..since it's almost 2 months after release, sadly, I feel I already got used to all the bugs and started caring less about them
