Why won't you fix the game?

You are a dedicated video game developer, correct? You are paid to produce fully working games and fix errors promtly, are you not?

The servers are offline again today. Why? If your water or electric goes out, are you not paying a company to fix it? If you couldn't handle supporting a 360, xBox One, PS4 AND PC version of a game, why did you release it for all four? Why did you let Ubisoft make you? Are you that greedy that you want all the money?

Did you recently start taking game launch tips from EA?

I bet you wouldn't allow this kind of service if you purchased something. Would you find it acceptable if a courier took a month longer than they told you to deliver a package to you? No, yet you seem to consider it acceptable to deliver us this kind of service.

    Just, sort it out.

That's because , people don't have standards anymore , they eat s**t and pretend it's cake , so many bugs yet no patch and probably not for a while , so glad they didn't sucker me again like with TEGE ( Why do you think there is no DEMO for this game , so they can drain our wallets )

    Hello,

You have been the only one reporting the issue. So it looks like there hasn't been any massive outage. I'll check internally as well when I am at work.

For the demo, there is one. You can find it in Uplay and here: http://uplay.ubi.com/en-EN/free-to-play

So both posts are full of hate with no real reason. If it happens again, we'll have to close the post.

We're ready to help and we are communicating, but posts have to be constructive.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Yeah sorry about the second poster, he isn't helping anything.

My point is that you literally have no excuse for this length of time for a bug and performance patch.

I know it's a long process, but this is your job. I'd like to point out that your getting paid a lot more than many people.

I know you have four different platforms to work with, but if you can't balance all four, then you shouldn't have done four different versions. If you went into a McDonald's and asked for 1000 big macs, they would tell you to go away. That's too much.

Hi Charlie, there has been a bug and performance patch. It came out a while back. There are still things to be done, and we'll have more info soon.

Also, I'm not sure whose paystubs you have seen, but our teams work exceptionally hard to produce content.

I agree that its taking too long.

So i wonder if the patch comes out together with the first DLC? incl: multiplayer / pyrosequence / and more.
